Dunaujvaros, the town as a playground for artists!

I created in january 2008 this map of Dunaujvaros to invit artists to use this town as an experimental ground!

This town, symbol of the socialist utopia, was build after the second world war around a large iron factory. At that time, a lot of public spaces were created for people to meet, to play, to have pleasant time (benches, luna park, playground for childs, flowers, public buildings...). The municipality was keeping it in a good statement. Since the political change, most of those equipements became abandonned, a lot of urban furnitures are unused or broken, some buildings are empty. They are waiting for a new life. That's why this map is an invitation to discover this town and to come to invest it!
